We separate traffic from conversion
If almost nobody visits the website, the cause may lie in promotion, search visibility or traffic sources, and a new design won’t bring visitors by itself. We covered search visibility in the article “Why can’t your website be found on Google and Yandex?”. If people visit but don’t get in touch, we look at the offer, structure, trust and the path to contact.
Is your offer clear?
The hero section can be striking and still leave basic questions unanswered: what’s on offer, who the service is for, how the options differ and what to do next. If the answers are hidden behind vague phrases, visitors have to piece the picture together themselves. The article “What should a homepage include?” explains how we structure the homepage to avoid this.
We follow the customer journey
We choose a service, review the terms and try to contact you as a visitor would. How many steps does it take? Does the form work? Is it clear what happens after submission? We test buttons, contact details and messaging apps on both mobile and desktop.
Trust is built from specifics
It’s important for visitors to understand who does the work, how it’s organised and what to expect after getting in touch. That’s why on the website we show real projects, the process, the terms and the specialisation. If there are few case studies, we don’t invent numbers: it’s more honest to show how the work goes and talk about principles.
Phone and speed
On a phone, the text may be too small, a button awkward to use, or a form may require unnecessary steps. We test the whole journey across several screen sizes, paying particular attention to the hero section, menu and enquiry submission.
When improvements are enough, and when a redesign is needed
If the structure is generally right and individual barriers get in the way, we fix them in a targeted way. If the business has changed, the pages don’t reflect the services or the website is hard to develop, we suggest a deep rework. In any case, a redesign should fix the problems found. The signs that tell you it’s time to update are collected in the article “Seven signs your website needs a redesign”.
In short
A website can be both beautiful and effective. The visual language evokes emotion and sets the brand apart, while the structure helps people understand the offer and take the next step. Instead of guessing why there are no enquiries, send us a link to your website and tell us about the problem, even if no solution has been chosen yet. We’ll analyse the user’s path and suggest what to change.
